Long Term Disability

A major concern of individuals today is the provision of some form of income protection during extended periods of illness. Although many consumer loans, such as credit cards, automobiles and mortgages have disability insurance riders that allow consumers, for a monthly premium, to have disability coverage in the event of sickness or prolonged illness, often this coverage is inadequate to provide for the ongoing basic needs of a disabled individual.
